For Employers
Project Return’s participants are men and women who have returned to the community after incarceration and want to work. For five years, Project Return has been helping these people find meaningful employment by connecting them with regional employers, fulfilling their short-term labor needs.
Our Approach
Project Return supports the successful return to work of men and women after incarceration. In connecting them to meaningful employment, Project Return meets your workforce needs in one or both of the following ways:
We Refer
We screen job seekers based on their qualifications and your hiring needs, then refer them to you. Your company evaluates our referrals based on merit, and hires on a case-by-case basis.
We Hire
We evaluate, screen, and hire participants based on your business needs. We provide job coaching, transportation, and support services. We invoice a flat rate per labor-hour, with no fee for direct hire.
